Personal injury matters are handled on a contingency fee basis: no attorney fees unless we obtain a recovery for you. You may still be responsible for certain costs. Fee terms for every type of case are set out in the written agreement we sign with you.

• How to opt in. Check the text message consent box on our free case review or referral form, or text us first. The box is optional and is never checked for you.
• Consent isn’t required. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of hiring us or of any service we provide. We can always reach you by phone or email instead.
• Opting out. Reply STOP to any message. We’ll send one message confirming you’ve opted out, and then no more texts unless you opt in again.
• Delivery. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
